This notice explains how SANYZA INSPIRE LLC ("we") handles personal information in connection with the Hollis Folio website and products.

Information we receive.

This website has no accounts, contact forms, analytics or advertising pixels. Purchases and free downloads are processed by Gumroad. Gumroad collects your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy and shares with us the order details needed to deliver your files and support you (such as your name, email address and what you bought). We never receive your full card number. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send.

What you write in the binder stays with you.

The binder and Google Sheets companion are files you keep on your own device or in your own Google account. We cannot see what you write in them, and the spreadsheet contains no scripts or add-ons and sends no data to us.

How we use information.

To deliver your purchase, provide updates to products you bought, answer support requests, process refunds, keep business and tax records, and meet legal obligations. If you opt in on Gumroad to hear from us, we may email you about new Hollis Folio products; you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Sharing and retention.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (such as Gumroad and our email provider), professional advisers, or authorities when the law requires it. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, tax and accounting rules, and dispute resolution.

Your choices.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Rights vary by location (including some US states, the UK and the EU), and some records may be kept where the law requires.

Security, children and changes.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission is completely secure. Our products are intended for adults and not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice; the date above shows the current version.

What you're buying.

A digital download: fillable and printable PDF files (US Letter and A4) and a Google Sheets companion with an Excel copy. Nothing physical is shipped. Files are delivered by Gumroad immediately after purchase.

Licence.

You may use the files for your own personal or household use, including printing as many copies as your household needs and sharing a filled-in copy with your family, executor or advisers. You may not resell, share the blank files, redistribute, or claim them as your own work. All files, text, design and brand elements are owned by SANYZA INSPIRE LLC.

Refunds.

Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the binder isn't right for you, or a file won't open or is damaged, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full (or fix the file, if you prefer). This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Not legal, tax, financial or medical advice.

The binder is an organizing template. It is not a will, power of attorney, advance directive or any other legal document, and filling it in does not create, change or replace any legal document or beneficiary designation. Laws vary by state and country; consult a qualified professional about your situation. Never write passwords, PINs, full account numbers, Social Security or other ID numbers, or recovery phrases in the binder or spreadsheet.

Third-party services.

Gumroad, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and PDF apps are run by their own companies under their own terms. Links to them don't imply endorsement.

Disclaimers and limitation.

The website and files are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. SANYZA INSPIRE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the website or files, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact.

Cookies.

This website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. Gumroad, which handles checkout, uses its own cookies under its own policy.

Accessibility.

We aim for the website and the fillable PDF to be usable with modern devices and assistive technologies, with readable type and keyboard-friendly navigation. If you hit a barrier, email [email protected] and tell us what happened.

We don't currently pay for reviews, testimonials or endorsements. If we ever work with creators or affiliates, they'll be required to clearly disclose that relationship, and any testimonial we publish will reflect a real customer's experience.
